Rental Policy
- We require a 50% deposit payment as Reservation.
- Payment can be by Visa, MasterCard or Paypal
- The rental balance is due on arrival day
- Payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) deposit for the estimated total of the rental.
- Minimum 1 month rental for the 2 Bedroom condo and 3 night stay required for 1 bedroom suite
- A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
- All rates are subject to change.
- Check in time is 4:00pm
- Check out time is 11:00 am
- No Smoking
- No Pets Allowed
Deposit Policy
We require a 50% refundable Damage Deposit.
Payment can be by Visa or Mastercard.
The amount is fully refund if no damage or loss on the property and provided the following provisions are met.
- No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
- No damages to common areas No linens are lost or damaged.
- The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by the complex.
Damage deposit will be returned with 1 – 5 business days after departure.
Cancellation
45 days or more before arrival date — refund of deposit minus $100 administration fee
30 to 44 days before arrival date — no refund of deposit
Less than 30 days before arrival date — no refund of deposit plus balance owing will still be charged
Refund Policy
Booking deposits and fees ARE REFUNDABLE ONLY within 45 days hours after the initial reservation has been placed.
There are NO REFUNDS under any condition, circumstance, illness, or acts of nature (i.e. floods, weather, earthquakes, flight cancellations, etc.) for cancellations made within 90 calendar days prior to your “the renters” arrival date. There are no refunds for late arrivals and or early departures. NO EXCEPTIONS.
