Rental Policy

  • We require a 50% deposit pay­ment as Reservation.
  • Pay­ment can be by Visa, Mas­ter­Card or Paypal
  • The rental bal­ance is due on arrival day
  • Pay­ment by credit card (Visa or Mas­ter­card) deposit for the esti­mated total of the rental.
  • Min­i­mum 1 month rental for the 2 Bedroom condo and 3 night stay required for 1 bedroom suite
  • A 1/2 day charge is required to guar­an­tee a late check-out.
  • All rates are sub­ject to change.
  • Check in time is 4:00pm
  • Check out time is 11:00 am
  • No Smok­ing
  • No Pets Allowed

Deposit Pol­icy

We require a 50% refund­able Dam­age Deposit.

Pay­ment can be by Visa or Mastercard.

The amount is fully refund if no dam­age or loss on the prop­erty and pro­vided the fol­low­ing pro­vi­sions are met.

  • No dam­age is done to the unit or its con­tents, beyond nor­mal wear and tear.
  • No dam­ages to com­mon areas No linens are lost or damaged.
  • The renter is not evicted by the owner (or rep­re­sen­ta­tive of the owner), the local law enforce­ment, or the secu­rity com­pany employed by the complex.

Dam­age deposit will be returned with 1 – 5 busi­ness days after departure.

Can­cel­la­tion

45 days or more before arrival date — refund of deposit minus $100 admin­is­tra­tion fee

30 to 44 days before arrival date — no refund of deposit

Less than 30 days before arrival date — no refund of deposit plus bal­ance owing will still be charged

Refund Pol­icy

Book­ing deposits and fees ARE REFUNDABLE ONLY within 45 days hours after the ini­tial reser­va­tion has been placed.

There are NO REFUNDS under any con­di­tion, cir­cum­stance, ill­ness, or acts of nature (i.e. floods, weather, earth­quakes, flight can­cel­la­tions, etc.) for can­cel­la­tions made within 90 cal­en­dar days prior to your “the renters” arrival date. There are no refunds for late arrivals and or early depar­tures. NO EXCEPTIONS.
